R&R stands for Rosana and Regina Lankenau. We take great delight in being part of this important process in your family life. Rosana is your consultant and the face you will see throughout the process. Regina comes in during the last phase of the editing process of your admission essay. We are big believers that this challenging system can bring out the best in a student if handled well. We love to see the students reach their max potential and reach their own goals!

  • Founder and Consultant

    Rosana Lankenau is an Independent Educational Consultant certified from the University of California at Irvine. Her undergraduate studies are in Marketing. An educator in family matters since the 1990’s and specialized in International U.S. College Admissions for the last 8 years. Rosana is a proud Mexican and her primary passion is her husband and three grown children, who were the main motivators of why she decided to orient her career to college admissions. She is passionate about working with youth and helping every student in the most personal and unique way to bring out their natural talents and direct them towards a path to higher education.

    Regina was an international student herself. She attended Princeton University and majored in International studies and Journalism. She is an editor, editorial writer and columnist for the Houston Chronicle, since she graduated from college in 2021. She has great talent in storytelling and takes great pleasure in doing the final round of edition of our applicants’ personal essays.
